Mr. Acy is the previous Executive Director of the Madison County Economic Development Authority in Madison, Mississippi.  He was the Director of the organization during the recruitment and announcement of the Nissan Automotive Assembly Plant which lead to the attraction of over 5,800 jobs to Madison County.

Matthew S. Graves, P.E., P.G., CHMM, Facility Engineer   

Mr. Graves has 15 years experience in civil and environmental engineering.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon, Colorado, West Virginia, Ohio, and Missouri.  Matt is also a Professional Geologist and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.  He served as Past President of the Kentuckiana Chapter of Hazardous Materials Managers and received the 2003 Champion of Excellence Award from the Academy of Hazardous Materials Managers. Mr. Graves holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Billieann H. Durrett, Controller   

Ms. Durrett has 27 years of experience in accounting and banking.  She has accounting and management experience in for-profit, non-profit and government organizations.  Her areas of expertise are business management, auditing, accounting, trust operations, and grant management. Billieann is a Certified Internal Auditor.  Ms. Durrett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Bellarmine University.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   

Letha Cupp, Administrative Assistant for Public Relations & Communications Ms. Cupp has 17 years experience in public relations, communications, marketing, and events management.  Some of Letha’s accomplishments include coordinating the communications and public relations for a $25 million capital campaign for the Home of the Innocents “children’s village.”  She also managed the public relations and marketing for the grand reopening of the Clarksville Green Tree Mall in 1995.  Letha has experience in web site development and created the web site for the River Ridge Commerce Center®.  Ms. Cupp is a graduate of Spalding University where she earned a B.S. Degree in Communications and minored in Theatre.
