The River Ridge Development Authority is offering for sale parcels of real estate at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. Copies of the real estate term sheet with proposal submission specifications are available at the office of the River Ridge Development Authority, 6200 E. Highway 62, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. The specifications are also located on the web at http://www.riverridgecc.com. The River Ridge Development Authority will begin accepting proposals in its office at 9:00 a.m.., February 22, 2005 and continue accepting proposals thereafter until the parcels are disposed of.
