Jerry G. Acy CEcD, Executive Director
Mr. Acy has been named the Executive Director as of April 21, 2008. Mr. Acy is the previous Executive Director of the Madison County Economic Development Authority in Madison, Mississippi. He was the Director of the organization during the recruitment and announcement of the Nissan Automotive Assembly Plant which lead to the attraction of over 5,800 jobs to Madison County.
Billieann H. Durrett, Controller
Ms. Durrett has 27 years of experience in accounting and banking. She has accounting and management experience in for-profit, non-profit and government organizations. Her areas of expertise are business management, auditing, accounting, trust operations, and grant management. Billieann is a Certified Internal Auditor. Ms. Durrett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Bellarmine University.
Thomas E. Vittitow, Planning and Development Manager
Tom has over fifteen years experience with planning, site design and construction. In his role as Planning and Development Manager, Tom is responsible for implementation of the master plan and improving the overall environmental condition of the property. Tom is a registered Landscape Architect with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Jennifer Barker, Contract/Lease Administrator
Ms. Barker has over ten years experience in commercial real estate, and five years experience in international manufacturing. Her resume includes the administration of leases for retail strip shopping centers and class ‘A’ office buildings, property management of retail strip shopping centers , office management, and she acted as account executive and product specialist for an international manufacturing firm. Ms. Barker attended the Jefferson Community and Technical College where she studied real estate and business, and the University of Louisville where she studied Legal Research.
Marc Hildenbrand, Engineer/Project Manager
Mr. Hildenbrand has over 10 years of experience with design and project management of commercial, industrial and residential site development projects. He is responsible for design and review of design plans for infrastructure improvements and management of on-site construction projects. Mr. Hildenbrand has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Indiana.
