River Ridge is a development site unlike any in this region, and its scale offers a wide range of opportunities to tenants and employees alike. Available parcels of land range from small tracts for startup ventures to our megasite for large industrial OEMs.
The Gateway Plan
The plan for the Gateway will seamlessly integrate a wide variety of land uses and their associated infrastructural requirements, ranging from corporate offices to industrial and warehousing.
The Development Authority continues to place a strong emphasis on the planning around the Gateway Area. In 2016, the RRDA completed the first phase of its Gateway Master Plan, which connects River Ridge to the SR-265 corridor. Progress in 2018 included the development of additional structures and roads and amenities within the Gateway development. In 2019, the RRDA began plans for the first Class A office building on the Gateway site.
