“We live adjacent to River Ridge. We love it here, but the fence between our properties — a remnant from the 1940s — was rusty and topped with barbed wire. We reached out to River Ridge about getting it replaced, and after meeting with our neighbors, we celebrated when a work crew removed the old fence and installed a new one. My family and neighbors are very happy. The experience working with River Ridge was excellent and managed by a great team!”

Thanksgiving Donations to in need Families
November 17, 2025 - With the help of our staff and businesses within the River Ridge Commerce Center we were able to pass along blessings to Ivy Tech families in need this Thanksgiving season.
With the generosity of local businesses and partners, Ivy Tech Community College Sellersburg has collected 90 turkeys, and plans to serve these in complete meals to families in need.

Greater Clark County School Supply Donation Drive
Septmeber 5, 2025 - Thanks to the generosity of businesses within the River Ridge Commerce Center and community partners we came together to support our teachers, students, and schools in a BIG way.
A special thank-you to Zaxby's for sponsoring the drive by providing free meal cards to those who donated a bag of supplies-your generosity made the day even sweeter!
A huge thank-you to everyone who donated, participated, and spread the word. Because of you, Greater Clark County teachers will have the tools they need to brighten students' futures.

Niagara Bottling's "Niagara Cares" and Mister "P"
Express, Inc. teamed up to deliver over 40,000 bottles of clean drinking water to Rutherford County, NC, home to a Meta Data Center, in the wake of the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. This coordinated effort was made possible with the support of the River Ridge Development Authority. The water was distributed locally through Habitat for Humanity, ensuring it reached those in need.
